Our principal and founder, Lana White (formerly Paxman) is a seasoned criminal lawyer from Perth, now in Busselton, with nearly two decades of experience in criminal law.

Lana’s extensive background includes roles including partner level in private practice as well as working in the community legal sector and positions at prominent institutions such as the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, the State Solicitors Office.

Lana is a passionate advocate who appears regularly in the Magistrates Court, Children’s Court, District Court, and Supreme Court across Western Australia. Known for her strategic and precise advocacy, Lana is dedicated to achieving the best results for her clients, whether through negotiation or trial.

With a deep understanding of criminal law in Western Australia, Lana uses her experience to guide clients through the complexities of the legal system, ensuring they receive the best defence possible.

Beyond her practice, Lana is also an adjunct lecturer at the College of Law, where she teaches the next generation of legal professionals.

Lana’s dedication to service extends beyond her legal career. She has served as an Officer in both the Royal Australian Air Force Reserves and the Australian Army Reserves, experiences that have sharpened her leadership and resilience.
